Job Summary:
As a Sales Manager at Primedale Real Estate, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team of real estate agents while also actively engaging in sales activities yourself. You will play a pivotal role in recruiting, training, and mentoring agents, as well as developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and onboard a team of real estate agents to meet company objectives and targets.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to agents to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and feedback to agents to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders in the real estate industry.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive sales.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide recommendations for career development and advancement.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of successful property transactions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Arabic, Mandarin, Russian, German, or Cantonese is a plus.
- Proven experience as a successful real estate sales manager or similar leadership role, with a track record of previous closures.
- Demonstrated ability to close deals independently as well as with agents under your supervision.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and industry trends.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
