Position summary:

We are currently expanding our team and are in search of a proactive, energetic, detail oriented and experienced HR & Administration Executive to become a valuable part of our team. We require someone with a blend of general office maintenance and recruitment experience, our qualified team will train you on the rest!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various channels to source and identify potential candidates for diverse roles within the real estate industry.
  • Headhunting by using proactive methods to approach passive candidates and industry professionals for strategic positions, such as property consultants.
  • Handle full-cycle recruitment in the organization, from sourcing until off-boarding.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate with our digital marketing team to set the precedent of our company culture on various social media channels to attract the right talent. Also, to maintain and update the career section on our website.
  • Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors/ candidates for F2F interviews.
  • Carries out administrative duties and other general office maintenance and upkeep tasks, such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Overseeing the attendance and leave management of the staff (check-in and check-out time).
  • Preparing various administrative letters for documentation purposes related to human resource policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and oversee property advertisements on various property portals, such as – Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle to ensure accuracy and verification.
  • Assisting with composing, editing, and drafting property-related letters and contracts. Prepare MOUs (Sales and Purchase Agreements) and compile and organize documents and data for office records.
  • Provide any other related administrative and clerical support as and when required.
  • Maintaining databases on excel for various projects and updating them on a regular basis.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Must be based in Dubai, UAE.
  • At least 2-3 years of work experience in recruitment and administrative duties.
  • UAE real estate industry experience would be advantageous, but not mandatory.
  • Prior experience in using sourcing channels, such as LinkedIn, Bayt, Naukrigulf, Indeed.com, etc. to look for qualified talent.
  • Demonstrated passion, dedication, and a fierce approach to talent acquisition and company culture.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for professional interactions with colleagues and clients.
  • Must be presentable and able to speak with clients confidently, while also maintaining confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and possess exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail. The ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks and prioritize them is crucial.
