Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced and passionate Secondary Property Consultants/Community Experts to join our esteemed real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, particularly in secondary properties, and possess strong networking skills within various communities. As a Secondary Property Consultant/Community Expert, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on buying & selling of property and fostering relationships within local communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Provide expert advice to clients on secondary properties, including market trends, pricing, and community features.
- Market Research: Stay updated on market conditions, property values, and emerging opportunities within different communities in Dubai.
- Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, property owners, community stakeholders and brokers to gain insights and referrals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build trust and rapport with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the property buying process.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and property owners to facilitate successful transactions.
- Documentation: Assist clients with all necessary paperwork and documentation related to property transactions.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry developments, property laws, and regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in secondary properties, within the Dubai market.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate market and various communities, including amenities, infrastructure, and lifestyle offerings.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Sales Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building longterm client relationships.
- Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
