Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Female Telesales Executive to join our real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and setting appointments for our sales agents. We are particularly interested in candidates who speak Arabic, Mandarin, Russian, German, or Cantonese. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our real estate services and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
- Client Follow-Up: Maintain regular contact with prospective clients and follow up on leads to ensure ongoing interest.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest real estate listings, market trends, and promotional offers to effectively communicate with clients.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of telesales or telemarketing experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Arabic, Mandarin, Russian, German, or Cantonese is highly preferred.
- Target-Driven: Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Professionalism: High level of professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
