We are seeking experienced and driven Senior Property Consultants to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai. As a Senior Property Consultant, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing exceptional service to our clients. This position is ideal for seasoned professionals with a proven track record in real estate sales who are looking to further their career in a thriving market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their property needs and preferences.
- Property Listings: Manage and update property listings, ensuring accurate and attractive presentations of properties.
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to stay informed about current property trends, prices, and competitive landscape.
- Property Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing clients with detailed information about the properties and the surrounding areas.
- Negotiations: Negotiate terms and conditions of property transactions with clients and other real estate professionals.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Lead Generation: Generate and follow up on leads through networking, referrals, marketing activities, and other channels.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior property consultants, sharing industry knowledge and best practices.
- Client Advisory: Offer expert advice to clients regarding market conditions, prices,
- mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
Requirements:
- Experience: No prior real estate experience required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Arabic, Mandarin, Russian, German, or Cantonese is a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build report quickly.
